This weeks tech blog is about testing your internet speeds. We get calls about the speed of your internet and the first thing that we recommend for customers to do is a speed test. After testing, the next step would be to bypass their router and hardwire directly into your modem by ethernet and do another speed test. If you see a big difference in speeds that is the best indication of the issue being with your router's wireless network. If speeds are still slow, the best thing to do is call our 24 hour a day technical support line. They can do some in depth trouble shooting and if needed, create a ticket that prompts a service call. This is one of the most reliable (although no sites are completely accurate) speed test sites that we use here.
